Record Plant's New SSL1 room is off to a great start. In the short time since Sonic Circus delivered and installed their SSL 9080J, Record Plant's newly remodeled Studio One has been busy with first rate recording sessions. Geffen Records christened the new room with a session featuring producers will.i.am, Kanye West, and Akon. Additional gear provided by Sonic Circus, including Neve 1073's, Crane Song Ibis EQ, Chandler TG1, Tube Tech CL 1B, and SPL Transient Designer, make this one of the best equipped mix rooms in the country.

Pama Studios purchased a 2001 Neve VXS for their new studio complex in Torsås, Sweden. The console was installed by Neve expert, Neil McCombie, and you can see pictures of the studio and the install here at the Pama Records site. Pama Records was founded in 1988 by Magnus "MAXE" Axelsson, and has grown to be a successful record & production company in the Swedish music industry.
